Fashion Scoop: Tom Ford's Penis Cross Pendants Spark Fury

Tom Ford's new range of penis necklaces which have come just in time for Christmas are causing quite the stare. They have been labelled "unbelievably offensive" and he,the designer, Tom Ford "You insulting piece of trash".

The phallic pendants, which resemble the shape of a cross, come in gold or silver and are available with small, medium and large charms. This is definitely the best holiday gifts for kinky fashionistas.

But as expected this latest offering from the designer has not gone unnoticed on social media, with many users sounding outraged at the blatant disrespect at a religious symbol. Users on Twitter have especially been very vocal about this Christmas upset, some users have branded Ford 'sick' for combining a phallic image with a religious symbol.

This is not the designer's first walk though this shady park; he has had fashion ads banned in the past for appearing too raunchy, including an advert in 2007 for a men's fragrance that featured a bottle of perfume between a model's open thighs.
In 2003, a controversial campaign for Gucci which featured the fashion house's iconic G shaved into a model's pubic hair, was also banned and condemned for being vulgar and degrading.

What are your thoughts about this?
