Kate Middleton has finally gone into labor and been admitted to hospital. The duchess, with Prince William by her side, was driven to the Lindo Wing of St Mary’s Hospital in Paddington this morning. Royal vehicles were seen at the hospital's back entrance and reporters outside the hospital say the royal couple slipped into the facility largely unobserved .
As the world waits for the royal baby to make his or her entrance, I thought it would be a good post to look back at some of my favorite looks from Kate’s maternity wardrobe;
Chances are the next time we see The Duchess in public, it will be with her new born and husband Prince William is on the steps of the hospital with their baby.
It's also been reported that Kate will be delivering her baby thriugh a natural, vaginal birth as opposed to having a caesarian delivery.

The Duchess of Cambridge first showed signs of a bump, in a 50s style Emilia Wickstead dress and grey heels. Kate was all smiles at an engagement at the National Portrait Gallery. |

I loved Kate’s polka dot Topshop look. |
