Salon Review: Elche Spa and Salon-Salmiya

Yesterday morning I went to Elche Spa for some much needed hair removal.
Since this was my 1st time going there since they moved from gulf hotel, I was interested to see how it had changed.
How was it? It's actually not as small as I had expected but it is small compare to their more prestigious location before, the place is still very much well kept (tidy, clean), the staff is polite although the lady who did my hair removal is very talkative (I know some people who have stopped going to Elche simply because they can not stand her).

The hair washing station and mani/pedi station are now separated by a thick glass.economic spacing.

The dramatic lady from Elche

While I was there they left the reception to be manned by a lady who didn't know how to use the knet machine and the whole scene turned rather dramatic because she was so loud trying to explain to me and seemingly to whoever was walking outside that front desk isn't her job.
I spent a good 10 minutes trying to pay and ended up showing her to work the knet machine! (don't ask me how I know). Also when booking my appointment the previous day, the lady just assumed I wanted a home service because she just went straight from the jump and asked for my address.

They are one of the very spa's that offer full brazilian wax, so try them!
