working?Its time you exfoliate and scrub your way to fresher and
younger skin.
Exfoliation is the removal of dead skin cells on the outer layer of the
skin.

For the face, exfoliate once a week (twice for oily skin), after cleansing your face.
Exfoliation should be followed by a face mask, toner and moisturizer.
Add sugar or grounded coffee seeds to virgin organic olive oil for a quick face scrub.

Ingredients

2 teaspoons ground
oatmeal
·
1 teaspoon baking
soda
·
Water
Mix ingredients
together to form a paste. Apply to the face in a circular motion and rinse off
when done.

Peach

Yogurt or honey
Select one or more
of the above fruits, mash it up in a blender and add a small amounts of either
yogurt or honey. Apply on to the skin and leave on till the mask dries up. Rinse
off, tone and moisturize the skin.

hydroxyl acid compounds that attach dead skin cells together which are then
removes when the mask dries up.Smoothies have more than one use. *wink*
